E-POSTER PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

E-Posters are on display daily during the meeting and presenters are requested to be available whenever possible.  A cash award for the top E-Poster will be selected at the meeting.  The E-Poster award will be presented on Thursday evening at the Awards Dinner and winners must be present to receive the award. 

Please have your coauthors go to https://www.xcdsystem.com/datatrace/abstract/index.cfm?ID=RT1rxyA and complete the Mandatory Financial Disclosure Forms. If your co-authors have not signed into the site yet their username and password will be the email address you entered for them when you submitted the abstract. They do not need to create a new contact. All disclosure forms need to be completed on, or before November 8th. Disclosure information must be updated every other year. Your presentation will be removed from the program if all of your co-authors do not complete the Disclosure Form by November 8th.

All abstract presenters are required to register for the meeting and receive the member registration fee. If you are a Resident or Fellow, please register at the Resident/Fellow registration fee.

The Financial Disclosure and FDA Forms are not optional. The ACCME requires the Mandatory Financial Disclosure Form be completed by all authors and coauthors in order for you to speak at the meeting. In addition, they require that the 1st or 2nd slide of your E-Poster include your disclosure statement.  This slide should outline the disclosure information included on the disclosure form.

All E-Poster PowerPoints must be submitted prior to the Annual Meeting.  Please refer to the E-Poster Format Instructions for complete information. A template is provided for your convenience.
